BUSAN _ Several celebratory events will take place here Saturday to mark the eve of the 14th Asian Games.

The nation's second largest city will put its cultural traditions and uniqueness on display for the 3.6 billion Asians who will cheer on their athletes in the continent's biggest sporting event and provide an opportunity for Busan citizens and visitors to celebrate as one.

``Guerilla performances,'' special events whose details have not been disclosed to the public, will surprise audiences in Nampo-dong, Somyon and Sasang and at Busan National University.
