Gandhinagar, 25 September: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday [25 September] said the terrorist attack on the Swaminarayan temple was carried out at the behest of Pakistan.

Modi told reporters shortly after visiting the temple complex after the commando operation to flush out the two terrorists ended Wednesday morning that "the temple was chosen for the attack at the instance [as received] of Pakistan".

He said that terrorists were frustrated as they had failed to succeed in their designs to disrupt assembly …
