The true enemy in the "war on terrorism" is "religious fundamentalism" of all varieties. This was the conclusion of participants in a weeklong conference convened in Houston by the Texas Faith Network (TFN), described by the August 24th Houston Chronicle as "a ten-year-old organization ... opposed to fundamentalist theology and activism in the educational and political arenas.
