Parents in the Valley and Manzano high school clusters will have a chance to speak out on a proposal to change elementary and high school start times next year.
The schools, along with those in the West Mesa High School cluster, are considering changing their start times based on the sleep needs of adolescents.
The clusters must decide by April 1 whether they will go with the start time for the 2001-2002 school year.
