BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei _ The just-ended 9th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) in Brunei has provided North Korea with valuable chances to find a breakthrough from its self-imposed isolation caused by the deadly naval skirmish in the sea off the west coast of the Korean peninsula.
