Bombay Dyeing completed its buyback programme acquiring 18.26 lakh shares from the market. However, the programme has failed to reduce jute baron Arun Bajoria's stake in the company. He has not sold shares under the buyback, as he is not happy with the price. He continues to hold nearly 25,00,000 shares or 6.4 percent stake in the company's equity capital of Rs39.17 crore. …
