With all due respect to the person who penned the phrase, "You can't please all the people, all the time," town officials in Huntersville, N.C., have something to say:

"Wrong!"

With a can-do mentality, this small hamlet north of Charlotte has proven that small towns can do big things with water. Witness the brand-new, $8.3 million Huntersville Community Center, an 88,000-square-foot facility that features a gymnasium, an exercise room, a banquet hall ... and a whole lot of water.
