Jakarta, July 12 (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (Ibra) has asked the Salim Group to pay Rp729 billion cash for "misrepresentation" in the calculation of its financial obligations.
If the group failed to comply, the agency would take the group's assets in PT Holdika, Ibra chief Syafruddin Temenggung said here Friday.
"I think the Salim Group will respond positively to our request," he told the press.
Ibra, however, still had to seek further confirmation regarding the Salim Group's obligations, he said. …
