THE Prime Minister, Prof. Apollo Nsibambi, has advised Baganda and other Ugandans not to seek for a special constitutional status.

He said they should not seek for a special constitutional status because they would be envied and targeted by other areas as happened in 1966.

Nsibambi was opening a one-day seminar on "federalism and decentralisation-experiences in Africa and Europe" at the International Conference Centre yesterday.
