EMMANUEL Cardinal Wamala has appealed to the Government to make health services affordable to the poorest Ugandan and where possible provide free AIDS drugs.

"As we advocate for low cost AIDS drugs, we must emphasise free medical treatment to all Ugandans because that is what we were promised by our leaders during their political campaigns," Wamala said.
