The opposition Reform Agenda is calling for the acting head of the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence, Noble Mayombo, to be sacked over the death of a detainee.

Patrick Mamenero's death certificate from Mulago Hospital shows he died of a " blunt injury" and subdural haematomia (internal bleeding).

Mamenero, 32, an in-law to renegade UPDF Col. Samson Mande now in exile was in illegal detention at the CMI when he died.

The certificate also shows that the deceased died July 23 at 4.30pm on the way to hospital, and that the body was only taken to Mulago on July 24.
