NEW DELHI: Lieutenant-Governor Vijai Kapoor has called a meeting on Friday with Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) to discuss the issue of installing cellphone towers on roofs of residential buildings.

This comes a day after this paper reported that residents on Todar Mal Road in Bengali Market have been trying to get one such tower in their area dismantled.
