AAGM: 15 Years for Child Abusers.

The Katima Mulilo Regional Court this week took a strict line on the sexual abuse of children by sentencing two men to 15 years imprisonment each for raping young girls .
Zambian national Justance Munyonga Munyonga (32) and Namibian citizen Oscar Tiki Munembo (24) received 17-year jail terms in the Katima Mulilo Regional Court on Tuesday.
Magistrate Naomi Shivute suspended two years of their terms for four years, which means that each will serve an effective 15-year prison term.
Munembo was found guilty of raping a three-year-old girl at the village of Mbalasinte in the Kabulabula area, east of Katima Mulilo, on September 11 last year.
