SYDNEY, Sept 10 AAP - A man who claimed he was a paraplegic and subjected to a horrifying ordeal of assault, humiliation and robbery had the police case against him adjourned today. Steven Craig Seach, 32, who walked into Penrith Local Court during his first appearance last month, did not physically face Penrith Local Court today.
