It is very interesting, and almost cockle-warming to me, to read that THE NEW AMERICAN took "our" man in the State Dept., Paul Wolfowitz, to task for his seeming uncertainty about the peaceful proclivities of the former "Red China," now merely "China" ("Beijing's Two Faces," July 1st issue).

It was only a few months ago ...
