London Bridge Group has decided to integrate Data-Vision Inc.'s electronic document delivery services into its e-commerce network. The BridgeLink network, part of the London Bridge product suite, is a Web-based, bi- directional data exchange of information and services. Users of the network will now have access to Data-Vision's RemoteDocs product.
RemoteDocs is an automated document delivery system for the mortgage industry. Documents uploaded to the system go through an automated interface management module that monitors user-specified folders for new documents and materials and, once detected, automatically uploads them to the Internet for use. The documents are encrypted and downloaded from a website, eliminating the security risks of sending them via e-mail. The company reports that its system is regularly moving between 20,000 and 30,000 documents each month.
Under the terms of the agreement, Data-Vision will provide its RemoteDocs.com electronic data exchange services to London Bridge Group mortgage origination customers through The Mortgage Originator application. This new relationship gives TMO users the ability to send mortgage documents through a secure system. Previously, R-Docs allowed users to e-mail documents to recipients.
