The Oklahoma artist who painted the piece donated to MTNA national headquarters by the Oklahoma MTA has been commissioned to make a sculpture that will be placed on the new dome of the state capitol building. Kelly Haney, a state senator and Native American, submitted the winning design and is donating the sculpture to the state.
