Multifunction ModelView from C4W. (product spotlight).(Product Announcement)
ModelView from C4W, a company based in Montpelier, France, is a viewing tool that enables users to visualize and analyze most kinds of 2D and 3D product design file formats. The program allows for up to 100 files, including 3D models and 2D documents, to be open and available at the same time. Designers can use the application to make comparisons between two different file versions, to create assemblies, to explore geometric and topologic data properties, and to mark up, measure, and print.
Visualization capabilities extend to shading, transparency, wireframe, planar sections, hidden lines removal, and rotation in 2D and 3D. Model analysis features include object explorer, dynamic section with storage of the 2D section, and model measurement in both 2D and 3D formats.
