Conseco Finance, a diversified finance company, has formed a new subsidiary to provide title, appraisal and settlement services for its home equity, home improvement and manufactured housing lending businesses.
The new company, called Convergent Lending Services, is located in the Pittsburgh area and has already started doing business.
