: An ```upset and hurt'' Water Resources Minister H.K. Patil is likely to meet the Congress high command sometime during this week to apprise them of his feelings on the recent cabinet reshuffle.
Congress legislators---ministerial aspirants, dropped ministers and even some of those who remained---- have been pouring out their anguish to him. However, Patil is reportedly only lending an ear to their grievances.
``He feels let down by the CM, who according to Patil, succumbed to pressures and dropped decent persons from the cabinet. He will not do anything drastic which will sully the party's image, but the team spirit in him is gone,'' legislators interacting with Patil told The Times of India here on Sunday.
According to them Patil's ire is against Urban Development Minister D.K. Shivakumar. The animosity between the two is a long standing one.
