PUNE: The overall power situation in the city and western Maharashtra improved on Thursday as the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) claimed to have stuck to its planned load-shedding schedule.
The region seems to be limping out of the power crisis as the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Chandrapur-Padgha line became fully functional and the MSEB was on its way to charging the 400 KV Kalwa-Lonikand supply line.
