: It is curtains down for popular Kannada mega serial Kaavyaanjali on Friday.

Directed by Ravi Garani, the serial, telecast on Udaya TV at 10 pm, will end on Friday night after completing 360 episodes.

Krishnakumar Estate on Kanakapura Road, where Garani was shooting the crucial scene to end the serial, provided a chance to artistes M N Lakshmidevamma, Shivadhwaj, Mandip Roy and Srilalitha to `post-mortem' their performances and people's response. Ultimately, it ended with the conclusion that Kaavyaanjali was more popular than a number of Kannada movies.
