Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - President Daniel arap Moi of Kenya has admonished Africans to invest at home instead of looking up to foreigners.
Speaking at ceremonies marking the country's 39th Independence anniversary, Moi said over-reliance on foreign aid and investors had reduced Africans to beggars.
"How do you expect others to invest in your country if you do not do so yourself?" he queried, conceding that the problem existed not only in Kenya across Africa.
