KOTKAPURA: The inquiry conducted on the directions of Punjab Human Rights Commission (PHRC) found the principal of a private school here guilty of locking up eight students of class 5 in a room for long hours.
The commission had ordered inquiry following a complaint by the parents of the students demanding against the school management for subjecting the students to corporal punishment.
