Kampala, Uganda (PANA) - Buoyed by increased demand on the Kenya Airways counter, the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) recorded a 97.5-percent increase in turnover as the week ebbed out, with a market capitalisation of 184.8 million US dollars.

According to the market report issued Thursday afternoon, the increase represents 80934 shares traded.

USE, the youngest East African stock exchange with two listing and two cross-border listing within East Africa, has two sessions of trading a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
