"Men in Black II" has one moment of goofy, brilliant invention: There's a new alien threat in town, and Agent Jay (Will Smith), seeking help, has to retrieve his partner, Agent Kay (Tommy Lee Jones), who, at the end of the first movie, was neuralized and now works in the Truro, Massachusetts, post office. Got that? Yes, well, the trouble is that Agent Kay doesn't remember his former life as a defender of the planet from alien species. So Jay reminds him: Will Smith starts talking in nonsense syllables with a strong beat, and the other postal workers come back at him in the same style, removing their human faces and revealing turnip-headed, one-eyed alien creatures ...
