PARIS (AFX) - The European Commission will approve the merger of Gaz De France and Suez tomorrow without imposing any further conditions, according to a report in La Tribune.

The financial daily, citing sources close to the commission, said the commission's competition authority was satisfied with the concessions made in recent months by Suez and GDF.

Suez and GDF have made several concessions, including GDF selling its stake in Belgian utility SPE, in order to gain approval for the merger. …
