JAKARTA, July 1 Asia Pulse - The Indonesian government plans to construct ten toll roads at a total cost of Rp 15.6 trillion (around US$1.64 billion)in Java, Sumatra, some parts of Kalimantan and Sulawesi islands by 2010, Minister of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure Soenarno said.
