BANDUNG, W Java, July 1 Asia Pulse - Indonesia's medicine sales have an annual turnover of Rp15 trillion (around US$1.6 billion) and are the highest in Southeast Asia, the Indonesian Association of Pharmaceutical Companies said.
"The medicine sales of Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam are lower than those of Indonesia," the association's chairman Anthony Ch Sunarjo said.
However, the domestic pharmaceutical industry should not be proud of the achievement because Indonesia had a population of 250 million, he said at a symposium ...
