TOKYO, Jul 1 Asia Pulse - The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association and Japan Automobile Recycling Promotion Center will as early as mid-September start selling CFC recycling vouchers at convenience stores under a new system designed to make car owners share the cost of collecting and breaking down chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) gas.
