JAPAN TO BEGIN SALES VOUCHERS FOR CFC RECYCLING IN SEPT.
TOKYO, Jul 1 Asia Pulse - The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association and Japan Automobile Recycling Promotion Center will as early as mid-September start selling CFC recycling vouchers at convenience stores under a new system designed to make car owners share the cost of collecting and breaking down chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) gas.
In October, a law requiring the collection of CFC gas will be extended to cover air conditioning devices in cars. So from that month, car owners will be required to buy the vouchers and submit them when handing over their ...
