Vendors and buyers gathered in Chicago from June 10 to 12 for the National Lawn and Garden Show which, for the first time, combined a traditional booth-style show with one-on-one vendor-buyer meetings. The event offered 160 vendors the chance to present products to up to 65 buyers in 10-minute meetings. "Buyers have learned that the efficiency of these meetings really helps them," said National Lawn & Garden Show president and CEO Bob Mikulas.
