An International Monetary Fund team is set to arrive in Argentina Monday to begin a new round of talks on possible fresh loan aid to the cash-strapped nation. IMF spokesman Thomas Dawson told reporters Thursday the mission will go to Buenos Aires in phases, with an initial technical team arriving first.
