Serbia's government has issued arrest warrants for four close associates of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, including the republic's president. The government charged the four Sunday with crimes against humanity. Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic said police will decide when and how to arrest the four men, who now face extradition to the Hague war crimes tribunal. The four indicted men are Serbian President Milan Milutinovic; former security advisor to Mr. Milosevic, Nikola Sainovic; former army commander Dragoljub Ojdanic; and former interior minister in charge of police Vlajko Stojiljkovic.
