A U.S. official says a detainee captured in last week's raid in Pakistan now appears likely to be a senior lieutenant to Osama bin Laden. The official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Sunday all signs indicate that U.S. and Pakistani authorities captured Abu Zubaydah during a raid in Faisalabad, Pakistan last Thursday. The official said authorities have used a variety of means to confirm his identity. He also said Mr. Zubaydah was shot and wounded as he tried to escape the raid. He would not disclose Mr. Zubaydah's location, but says U.S. investigators will question him about any terrorist attacks that ...
