Bujumbura, Burundi (PANA) - Generose Nsaguye, from Kabore, in the northern Burundian commune of Kayanza, recently gave birth to a 2.5kg baby who cohabited in her womb with a cyst weighing 15kg, a medical source said.

The cyst was diagnosed in the woman's right Fallopian tube when she was seven months pregnant, the Burundian News Agency (ABP) quoted Dr Donatien Ntakarutimana, Nsagguye's gynecologist as saying Sunday.

However, doctors had to wait for the delivery before ablating the cyst, and the operation was smooth, Ntakarumtimana said, adding that the mother and her child were in ...
