NEW DELHI, June 3 Asia Pulse - In what may be one of the last cases under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act before it passes into oblivion, a Delhi court has issued summons to Nestle India Ltd (BSE:NEST) and 3 of its top executives for allegedly receiving about Rs 2 billion (US$40.89 million) from Russia in their parent company's account in Finland instead of in India.
Taking cognizance of a complaint filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED), Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) V K Maheshwari directed the company, its former Director D E Ardeshir, Executive Vice President Rajit Raj and Head of Exports R K Sharma to appear before him on July 3.
