Inasmuch as I happen to own a few shares of Nabors Industries, I recently received from Nabors a notice of a stockholders meeting to vote on a proposal for changing the incorporation of the company from Delaware to Bermuda. With the notice came a proxy form and a lengthy document explaining the advantages of the change, with, I must say, the fair notice of several possible downside results as required by Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
The directors of the corporation have voted unanimously in favor of the change and it is clearly their wish that a majority of shareholders follow their example.
