CHARLOTTE COUNTY -- A day after two county commissioners said they would block the appointment of Pam Brangaccio as county administrator, another high-level administrator announced he might leave his job.

Several commissioners and Brangaccio said Assistant County Administrator Tom Keith told them he would probably take a job with Sarasota County Environmental Services.

Keith said he isn't ready to announce whether he has been offered a job, or to name the position he has applied for.

"We don't have anything finalized," he said.
