Abstract
There is an increasing emphasis in higher education on assessment of student learning. Some universities incorporate the business model of measuring customer satisfaction into their assessment of academic programs and student support services. There is a need for comprehensive assessment in distance education programs, particularly that of the growing field of online education. This report describes a Web-based student satisfaction survey about the services provided by a distance graduate education university.
