Health issues in South Africa such as unwanted teenage pregnancies and unsafe sex were real problems among South Africa's youth and had to be addressed as part of a quality health system, Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang said on Tuesday. Speaking at the launch of the Youth and Adolescent Health and Contraceptive Policy Guidelines, she said the purpose was to improve the quality of health care provision to the more than eight million youths in the country.
