IRAN AMONG 10 COUNTRIES WITH LOWEST RATE OF INCOME TAX.
TEHRAN, May 1 Asia Pulse - Iran is among the ten countries with the lowest rate of income tax, according to Abdulmajid Mahallati, the director of an auditing company.
Mahallati told members of Iran-Germany Joint Chamber at Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines (ICCIM) that amendment to the taxation law has been a positive and the most important step taken in the post-Islamic Revolution era in Iran.
He expressed hope that amendment to the taxation law would, along with ample other reforms in the political, social and economic sectors, encourage foreign investment in Iran.
