Baby Buzz'r is round plastic toy with face on front, red and blue "teethable" ear on each side, and yellow circular mirror on back. Device has red, blue, and green buttons on top. When they are pressed, toy vibrates, sounds music, or eyes light up. Consumers can identify suspect toys by squeezing button covers on top of toy with pliers. Button covers on recalled toys are rubbery and can be squeezed out of shape. Recall does not pertain to any Baby Buzz'r toys currently available.

"BLACK & DECKER," "VersaToast," and "WIDE SLOT" are written on side near controls. Toasters are housed in either black or white plastic and have model numbers T1200, T1250, T1400, or T1450. Model number appears on bottom of device.
