BUFFALO BILLS: Although OLB Jay Foreman had a solid first year as the weakside starter, the team recently has entertained free agents who could fill his spot. Foreman is a skilled outside blitzer but has limited range in pass coverage. The starting job still is his, but the team's flirtations could motivate him to raise his game.... The Bills still are looking for a strong safety. The most likely starter on the roster is Pierson Prioleau, but at 5-10, 191, he lacks the size coach Gregg Williams wants there.
