MEDAN, N Sumatra, March 1 Asia Pulse - An investor from Hong Kong has reportedly expressed interest in constructing a plant to make phosphate fertilizer the Indonesian province of North Sumatra.
"The investor wants to partner with local counterparts in the province to build a phosphate fertilizer plant," said head of the provincial industry and trade office Himanuddin Nasution, without naming the investor.
