BARRINGTON FOODS SETS UP DISTRIBUTION JV IN VIETNAM.
LAS VEGAS, March 1 Asia Pulse - United States-based Barrington Foods International has announced the formation of a 50-50 joint venture with a privately-owned food distributor in Vietnam for the marketing and distribution of its products in that country and Thailand.
Barrington said in a press release that the first shipment of products was slated for this month, and that it was also planning to set up a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
