THE DAILY TELEGRAPH:
- Lindsay Fox postpones trip to Europe while Ansett employees began last remaining shifts.
- NSW Land and Environment Court upholds government's fishing reform banning commercial fishing at 29 areas. A Melbourne woman could be hanged in Malaysia after being caught with 3kg of heroin concealed in her underwear.
- Alicia Keys and U2 dominate Grammy Awards in the US, while country soundtrack to the movie O Brother Where Art Thou? won the Grammy for album of the year.
- Surfwear company Billabong's shares dropped 5.3 per cent despite recording a 40 per cent profit increase. Flight Centre achieved a 20 per cent jump in interim profit results against the backdrop of September 11 and Ansett collapse.
