State run Siam City Bank Plc will likely put off its public offering plan until 2003, according to a report in Manager Daily, December 27, 2001.

The bank plans to take an aggressive move to expand the business next year and so 2003 should be a good timing, said a source from the bank.

Besides, an operational performance will be taken into account before the bank will issue additional capital increase shares.
