PITTSBURGH -- Pennsylvania Gov. Mark Schweiker today thanked the Oley Township Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police and police in Maryland for their efforts in the incident in which 13 children were found safe after being driven on a school bus from Berks County to Maryland.
