General Session Keynote Presentation: The Magic of Working Together

Sheldon Bowles, coauthor of the book, High Five!, will set this year's theme in motion at the Tuesday morning Opening General Session with his keynote presentation. His presentation will help you to discover how to develop "Holy Grail" goals that inspire, challenge and create exciting energy... energy that empowers a team. You will also learn how individual skill can create team skills that transcend, survive, and enhance an organization, even after an individual is gone. Mr. Bowles will also teach you how the three R's -- repeated reward and recognition -- of a High Five Team, can keep your team scoring.
