The full Convention Registration Fee includes admission to: Grand Opening of the Expo Hall/Opening Reception, Expo 2002 (including a light lunch in the hall each day), Beer & Browse (reception in the Expo Hall on Tuesday), General Session, all Educational Sessions and the Closing Night Banquet on Thursday.

Spouse and Guest Registration includes admission to: Grand Opening of the Expo Hall/Opening Reception, Expo 2002 (including a light lunch in the hall each day), Beer & Browse (reception in the Expo Hall on Tuesday), General Session, Educational Sessions (not eligible to earn continuing education units for their participation) and the Closing Night Banquet on Thursday.

Tuesday-Only Delegate: Delegates can attend the General Session, Expo 2002 and any Industry Day program offered in the afternoon.

Refudns and Cancellations

Early Registration: Early bird registrations qualifying for discounted rates must be postmarked or faxed by March 29, 2002. (*)

All requests for refunds must bc made in writing. Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded for written cancellations received by the NACM Convention Services Department on or before April 12, 2002. Between April 12, 2002 and May 10, 2002, 50% of the fee will be refunded for written cancellations. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the NACM Credit Congress, no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after May 10, 2002; however, replacements may be made at anytime.
